1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using NebulaOps ("the Service"), operated by NebulaOps ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

NebulaOps is a cloud-based platform for remote PC management, server administration, and AI-powered automation. The Service allows users to manage computers, deploy agents, execute commands, monitor systems, and interact with AI assistants.

5. Server Connections & SSH Access

When you connect servers to NebulaOps, you represent that you have proper authorization to access and manage those systems. We are not responsible for any actions taken on connected servers through the Service. You are solely responsible for commands executed via the platform.

6. AI Features

The Service includes AI-powered features for server management and automation. AI-generated suggestions and commands are provided as-is. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any actions before execution. We are not liable for damages resulting from AI-generated commands or recommendations.

7. Bring Your Own AI (BYOAI)

If you use the BYOAI plan, you provide your own API keys for third-party AI providers. We do not store your API keys in plain text. Usage of third-party AI services is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for costs incurred with your AI provider.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of data as described therein.

10. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, logos, and documentation, is the intellectual property of NebulaOps. You retain ownership of your data and configurations stored on the platform.

11. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. Enterprise plans include SLA guarantees as specified in the plan agreement.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NebulaOps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities, resulting from your use of the Service.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time from the billing page. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
